I am happy to host websites, blogs & unlimited email addresses for anyone that is in need for a small fee. 15$ to register and set up a domain for you on the server, and $50 for a year of hosting .
We can discuss scripting and design fees if you need them as well. But to have a complete wordpress installation is just another $15.
